The Saskatchewan Health Authority is excited to welcome Dr. Linas Kumeliauskas to the Department of Medicine, Division of Internal Medicine in the Regina Area. Dr. Kumeliauskas completed Residencies in Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine and General Practice at Vilnius University prior to completing a Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Calgary.

Dr. Ingrid Wirth completed her medical degree, Internal Medicine residency, and Adult Respirology fellowship at the University of Saskatchewan.

She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine.

Dr. Wirth’s clinical practice includes all areas of general Respirology, and her research interests involve optimizing care for patients with COPD.

Dr. Thomas is the Area Chief of Staff and has also been doing COVID work.

During this time, we thank you for understanding that schedules can change with short notice, and you may have an appointment with another specialist in our office in the interim. We are grateful to have recruited additional Internal Medicine Specialists and Nephrologists to help with your care.
